A few simple guidelines
A little context before your visit helps everything run smoothly — for you and every client who comes after you.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in and fill out a short intake form so you receive the best possible service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time — the full session fee still applies.
Cancellations
Please allow at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment or fee may apply.
Cell Phones
Please switch phones to silent during your session to help keep the space calm and relaxing for everyone.
Dress
You'll be appropriately draped throughout your treatment for your comfort and privacy.
Gratuity
Gratuity isn't included in the price of your massage. 15–20% is customary, though you're welcome to leave more or less depending on your experience.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available — a thoughtful way to share the gift of relaxation with someone you care about.
